26th FAI WAC2011

Welcome on the website of 26th FAI WAC2011

 

Thanks to the Aero Club of Italy, Aero Club of  Foligno, FAI and iFly from 31 August to 11 September 2011 will take place in Italy and more precisely at the Aeroclub of Foligno (LIAF)  the 26th FAI World Aerobatic Championships.

All participants and enthusiasts of aerobatics will find here the bulletins, detailed info on location and latest news including participants’ profiles and results.

26th FAI World Aerobatic Championships is completed, all programs were flown, many thanks to all participating teams with the hope that their stay in Foligno and the conduct of the competition was to their liking.

In Memory of Renaud Ecalle

The French pilot is the present Aerobatic World Champion.
A tragic accident stole Renaud to us with his family, and the World Aerobatic community misses them very much.
He won everything and has been an example of airmanship and friendship.

September 11, 2001 – Do not forget
In Memorial and honor to the nearly 3,000 people killed in the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center site, near Shanksville, Pa., and at the Pentagon, as well as the six people killed in the World Trade Center bombing in February 1993.
